Overall, had a great experience with Harjaap when dealing with a civil matter. If you are looking for professional help in the Mississauga area, this is the right place. Many others promise results but have little experience in dealing with difficult cases. In response to those with adverse experiences, perhaps the lawyer was acting in your best interest to keep you from the rigours of a court room. It can be very stressful and a good lawyer, much like a doctor like you've mentioned, will assess their client and know their ability to deal with a certain situation. I would also reassess a place that offers the same level of expertise at just $2000. This is unheard of these days for expert help. I wish you the best of luck.

I dealt with Mann Law with regards to a real estate transaction where I was selling property.
From the beginning of the interaction, it was a painless, efficient and professional service and the rates were competitive with other firms that I considered.
The lawyer provided sound guidance with regards to the closing agreement clauses and helped clarify and revise some ambiguous requests from the purchaser and bank -- so I was confident that they had my best interests in mind.
I would absolutely work with Mann Law again for legal services.

Excellent lawyer in a Professional Law firm. I am a real estate investor and have been using this firm for years now. Harjaap has been extremely professional in his conduct. His knowledge and research have helped close complex real estate transactions with ease.

asked me not to come to courts, stated all wrong points in courts, barred my wife and children to come to courts and asked them to wait out side, our side courts told judges had made up their mind before the hearings. Told me few times this is what he going to talk about and later did not state that in courts. Hearing should be nulled, his game was to suck money from me. Will show confidence in his offices and as if knows civil law but in courts he talks totally some thing else. Does not care for his clients or their rights. Eyes are just and just on money. A good Lawyers should be like doctors and not abuse their clients trust and say no if they do not know how to take a matter to courts. Says one thing does another. Takes money slowly from your pocket and does not do any works at all that he states he will do. Asked me many times not to come to the courts 2 to 3 days before the hearings. At courts never stated one word in submissions.

asked them help for civil matters, did not allow settlements, even if they were very close, but provoked that to take matter further and costed more than the settlement costs. Do not really tell clients any thing. How they are filing and what they are filing. This lawyer is totally just checking your pockets and asking lots of monies, charged me $20,000 for a $2000 matter approx. Did not state any thing in courts that was written in submissions or told to me verbally. Says one thing and does another.
