Rude, arrogant, sarcastic, no manners, no communications, and mainly unprofessional. Both attorney and his one staff office has a very hostile way of handling matters. They would talked down to you, insulted your intelligence and then disconnected telephone calls and would call back and stated they accidentally gotten disconnected. This happened very often during the process of your case. When they disclosed a piece of information, after a few days you want to confirm again, they would claim they never said that in the first place. Please don't be fool, thinking that a small office, your matter will be well taking care of. Their unprofessional manners, inexperience of handling cases and one staff office greatly shows the public, it's not worth it to save a few hundred dollars. But with the end results of all the headaches of dealing with an unknown and unprofessional individual. Lastly, it's actually an embarrassment for someone like this to serve the community as there's many n
