Really don't recommend this lawyer, for your own good stay away from him, he only wants your money he don't care about what's the best for you or your family, for my own experience I will never hire him, he is very un respectful lawyer, he don't returns your calls or emails, he don't have ethics, he also charge you for every emails he receive and respond, he is a thief. Stay away from him there's better lawyers out there that will really help you.

This attorney is a shark! He will NOT represent your or your childs best interest. He ONLY wants to litigate so he can rack up fees. Moreover, his office staff is ignorant and RUDE. He will tell you that he is very busy so he can't return your calls. When I asked what I could expect in mediation, he sent me a brochure...a brochure that is FREE if you request it from the courthouse. My brochure cost me a few thousand dollars. He is simply a liar and you cannot believe one thing he tells you. He will tell you email is free but then charge you for any email responses he sends. I was charged about $100 for 3 one liner emails. He has no problem yelling at you and neither does his uneducated staff. Save yourself wasted time and money and DO NOT HIRE Randy Medina. He does not care and is completely UNETHICAL. There are so many attorneys out there at least get one that treats you with respect and isn't looking to****you financially. He will not advise you or prep you for anything.

This guy is GREAT! Very knowledgeable in child support law. A regular in divorce court.
