He may have the knowledge, but doesn't use it to the client's benefit. Communication very poor. Days or weeks to get back to the client. Does not use e-mail, answer the phone or have office help. Tenacity: yes, in billing. Work quality: case a full standstill while he was managing. Appeared disorganized.Asked me "What do you want to do?" I needed him to take control and lead the issue. Find someone else.
