Told me his fees wouldn't exceed 10k tops because it was bout enforcing a simple real estate contract. Two and half years later and excess 25k his firm qiut in middle of case at last minute.

I believe Louis becomes an "expert" in whatever field his potential client says he/she needs legal advise in. I was not happy with his representation in or out of court. I paid him huge legal fees and had to ultimately start over with another attorney. Buyer beware!
