In my opinion,Mr.Roderman is a sub-par attorney who did a very poor job of properly investigating the facts and circumstances surrounding my narcotic's related case in 2002.Rather than establish viable defenses, Mr Roderman moved to dispose of the case quickly by way of plea bargaining with the Prosecutor. A comprehensive post conviction analysis performed by a seasoned law professor revealed Mr. Roderman neglected to inform the courts of my long documented history of mental health issues and drug addiction as well as challenge the State's inclusion of an unannounced sentencing enhancement. Although always the comsummate gentleman, I would never in good conscience give him a favorable rating or recommendation.
