Immy represented me in my divorce and I was very happy with the services, advice and representation provided. As a father who wanted custody I knew the deck was stacked against me in Texas. Immy's solid advice helped my case avoid a child custody battle.

She is unethical, chooses sides, does not remain focused on the best outcome for the children, EXTREMELY overcharges for her "services" which are severely lacking. She bills whatever she wants to as far as time and then waits for trial then asks the judge for summary judgement and that her attorney fees be awarded to her in the form of child support payments. She is only in this business for herself and not as an advocate for children and the preservation of the childrens estate. She doesn't care if she bankrupts the parents and thus leaving the children with nothing of a financial future, college education funds, etc. only cares about her pocketbook and screwing you over with her fees. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ATTORNEY and ask court to appoint another amicus if this is their suggestion......RUN!

This is one rude, pushy lawyer. If she spent less time at the doughnut shop and more time listening instead of opining she could be a better attorney. My worst mistake was hiring her.

This attorney practices in mediation with the law. She is insensitive to your emotions, your basic needs, she chooses sides, digs into items that are not even being discussed in your mediation. She is condescending to any of your own remarks. She does not let your lawyer advise you, she does it for you and wants it put down as final, so be on your toes. She stretches out the time by beating you down with all of her knowledge/stories and that is how it is going to be. She is quite full of herself! She will turn your day upside down while she has a smile on her face. Not trustworthy and two faced. I would NEVER want to see this woman again. She is too old for this stuff.
