If I could give this person a negative rating I would! He took money from a widow on a fixed incoming knowing what he was doing for her was worthless. He took advantage of her lack of knowledge related to family estate planning and not only created a trust that wasn't worth the paper it was printed on also created a will which should have not been necessary. He is a liar and thief. Always glad to take your money but his abilities as an attorney are more than questionable.

Only rated lower than 5, because, like all attorneys, it was hard to get his office to finish up what being done. And I had to bring his attention to an incorrect date they had on the document.

I had Paula Willburn and she did a lousy job my ex husband was a dead beat and would keep our daughter for days and not bring her back even with a court order. She kept coming back numerous bug bites from just hours at his house and he was also known for having 15 and 16 year Olds at his house he was dating. Paula refused to help me telling me my situation wasn't bad. I hired Mark and he made sure to give my ex supervised visitation. He ignored nothing and worked really hard for me and my daughter. He really is a very hard working attorney especially if you have common sense and actually listen to his advice he'll get you the help you need and get the job done. I'm very impressed by Mark and recommend him to other mothers. Angela H

i hired him once in 2004 to get a title from a car dealer who wanted the car back, saying they sold it too cheap, I had the money for the tags and payments and they wouldnt take it,so i couldnt tag my truck, mark wanted me to give him 800.00 for him to get me the title, when i asked if i would be able to keep my truck, he said"no,but you'll have the title",so i said "i dont want just the title,i want to keep my truck"he said "that's the deal",i let him know if i come up with an extra 800.00 i didnt need,i'd let him know,he sent the car dealer a letter,i read it, it said"im nolonger her lawyer,if you want to know anything about her,i will be glad to tell you" and the car dealer got their truck back,i had no defense, then i went to another car dealer and told them what happened and they said i could of kept that truck free and clear,because the car dealer broke the contract.mark knew about that and withheld that info.so i would pay him the 800.00,he's lousy as a lawyer,save your money.
