He took on my case for medical malpractice, but yet had no expertis in the actual subject matter. For OVER 10 years he dragged the case on with adjournments and cancellations. It was a contingency fee basis case, but after 10 years he asked me to pay for the medical experts...thats when I said ENOUGH...you can't change your fee agreement after 10 years....when I looked up my case I found a ton of adjournments that I didn't even know about...One of the last adjournments I emailed him the day before the date and said when is our next trial date....but he adjourned it without telling me....Be very carefully if you use him...make sure he has knowledge of the subject matter....in my case he did not and this could cost me my case...and he dragged it on for OVER 10 years....
