Howard could not enforce a simple real estate contract, nor could he enforce a cort mandated settle agreement agreement in our favor. The case dragged on for two plus years and tens of thousands of dollars. Eventially I settled with purchaser for pennies on the dollar just to get out of eronious law suit. I would haasve been better representing myself.

He's okay if you don't mind paying thousands of dollars for him to enforce a slam dunk contract, and then have to settle the dispute yourself for less than the contractual amount because the case has dragged on so long it is no longer worth defending. I have never seen anything like it. Also, he is very good at filing motions. I don't believe I could count how many he filed or attended on my behalf. He and the other lawyer really made out. The only difference between Howard and the other lawyer was that the other lawyer actually negotiated a great deal for the other party after all was said and done and the other parties involved were laughing at my lawyer.
