This lawyer I can honestly say is not only a poor advocate with low standards, he is also rather thick. Slow to grasp and apply any case law he definitely will try his best to corral your case into a path of least resistance and little work. If u have a case that requires brief writing OSC! Or motion PLEASE DO NOT HIRE HIM. If you have an adversarial position towards your judge Don't hire him. He will hold u out for slaughter 100% of the time if it means challenging even a little bit a judge in front of whom his bread is buttered.
