I would recommend Teresa Waldrop for anyone needing representation in a child custody case. In what was an emotional time, Teresa and her staff were true professionals who were constantly attuned to my legal needs. Teresa provided me with successful guidance, advice and planning throughout the case, underscoring her experience, thorough understanding of family law and keen attention to detail. Teresa was aggressive when I needed to push and protect my rights, but tempered and pragmatic when the time called for it. Teresa was highly recommended to me and I would add another strong endorsement for her work.

I hired Teresa Waldrop in 2009, to enforce a QUDRO through the HFD Pention. She has done an excellent job in repersenting me at trial. She has proven herself, to be trustworthy and upfront. She gave 110 persent through her knowledge and efforts toward the goals set before her. I highly recommend her services to all that read this message. I will be referring Teresa to all my friend and co workers. I'm glad she was in my corner and not the other way around. I hired Teresa Waldrop for my divorce. She came highly recommended. She was very tenacious, honest and professional. Outside of the courtroom she was very thorough, great communication with me and very ‘to the point’. She did not ‘sugar coat’ anything with me. However, inside the courtroom, she was beyond prepared. I felt like she turns up the intensity in the courtroom and does everything she can to what is best for her client. I never dreamed going into the divorce that the outcome would be so good for me, but she got it done.
She knows the system and from what I could see has earned great respect from her peers and those who work in the court system. Looking back I was very fortunate to have her.

I hired Teresa for my divorce and was pleased with her knowledge, advice, objectivity, preparation and how effectively she handled witneses and talked to the judge and jury as an advocate (we actually had a trial). She came across much better than my ex's lawyer and as a result I avoided the usual bad result for a man in divorce court in a contested case with a vindictive soon-to-be-ex. She knows people in the system and they like her, which adds to her effectiveness. The family law courts are a swamp, and people can get unjust results, but I doubt that would happen because of this lawyer.

The worst lawyer that I have ever hired to work for me! The highest paid secretary that I have ever hired. Does not know family law at all..does not know how to explain any family laws so she must not know. She is not aware of client's needs. She quit, I did not fire her. I had to hire a new lawyer to file the order at court house, and fix the problems that she blew off in mediation. Acted like we would go to trial if I did not give in to the other side during mediation. Never stood up for me at all, she let the mediator take over being like a interragator, very upsetting and she did nothing but she wrote like a secretary for the mediator, not me! I had to have it erased, wating time again! Never acknowledged the fact that I was even in the room when documenting what I had to follow for many years. When it is was all said and done, she looked for irrelevant changes to try and confuse the whole situation and charge for it! Wastes time on tedious information gathering, but charges!
