We retained him for a traffic violation. He said we didn't need to appear in court, the court said otherwise. He said our case was heard and that we need to pay a fine but our case isn't until next week. He's done nothing so we want our retainer back but he doesn't answer his phone and does not have his voicemail set up. Beware!

I received an advertisement from this attorney and looked him online to see what kind of lawyer he was. I was not happy with the ratings on this site, but still called him and was impressed with him over the phone. I cautiously scheduled an appointment with him and after meeting with him was very happy and hired him. He handled my case with professionalism and care that I was expecting. I will definitely hire him again. Will definitely trust my judgement instead of just going by the ratings on here. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. Mine for this gentleman are very high!!!

I try file chapter 13 and the first time he didn't get the paper to court on time so he made me come bck and resign and when I bck out he never canx with court now it shows like I never complete my part on my credit.!now trying get proof my file from him for last 2 weeks and they never call u bck or answer there phones.I visit the office and the secretary left me standing there for 15mintues with out even greating me while she on her cell talking about meatballs.and no one can help all the keep say is il tell him contact u. This worst lawyer in the world wouldn't recommend him to anyone even if it was free

John DiCiurcio will fight tanaciously FOR YOUR RETAINER!!!! For fifteen hundred hundred dollars he threw in the towel and told me to plead guilty. I've since found out that you get what you pay for and any number of other lawyers could have won my case. By the way, once my check cleared, John was harder to get a hold of than a knowlegable walmart salesperson. Do not hire John DiCiurcio

BY FAR THE WORST LAWYER I EVER PAID TO DO NOTHING. This guy came up with so many ideas on how to beat my traffic ticket. Never once, I REPEAT NEVER ONCE did he show up to court with me from March to July and several court appearances. At least 10, at most 12 appearances, and never did he show up. He did tell me about all the "expert fees" that I needed to pay for which was outside of his initial fee. Ended up having to pay him in the first 2 months more than the most expensive lawyer that I spoke with before hiring anyone. This guy taught me 1 thing: Never trust a lawyer, and do research before ever hiring one. I went away on vacation and he swore to me that he would appear in court, didn't, so when I came back I had a warrant out for my arrest. I hired a new lawyer after that, and have been requesting my money back since August with NO luck. This DB should be disbarred and hope karma comes back to bite him in the ass.

hired the fat bald one to take care of 3 seperate traffic violations i had (at the same time, different townships), he always asked for a continuance and nothing more. on one court date, he was there with another client, and when i approached he said "what are you doing here?" he had FORGOT that my court date was that day and then PASSED ME OFF TO ANOTHER LAWYER WHO HAD NO IDEA ABOUT MY CASE because he had to goto another township for court. needless to say, that lawyer didn't do much for me either. this fat bald jackass doesn't back up what he tells you, and he tells you everything you want to hear. he just parades around in his ****y corvette and takes your money. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM

I hired JD to help with a traffic case, a case of officers taking something too far. As others have written, JD told me he knew everyone at the courthouse, the officers eat at the family pizza place, etc.-and that he could get the case dismissed. He speaks in a down-to-earth, street-wise way that may put some people off if expecting a posh, Main Line accent. Me, it helped make me think he was worth trusting, which was important because I live far from Philly and could not attend the court dates. He got the case postponed a couple of times. The second time, he did not call to tell me about it, which is why I don't rate Communication higher. I wanted to call him, googled (er, bing-ed?) this page, and nearly panicked from the negative reviews I had not found before. Well, I can't say anything about anyone elses experience. For me, his office was very helpful when I called, and on the next court date, JD got the charges dismissed. What a relief! JD really came through for me.

Digusting the way he treats his clients! I paid him %100 up front to take care of a traffic violation...he did nothing but reschedule the court date and never showed up. He never returns my calls, and if he answers he always claims he is on vacation and can't talk or he isn't in the office. His office staff need a major attitude agjustment and they were no help either! He needs his license taken away asap! I will keep reporting this man and calling until I get my money refunded.

Thumbs Down. - I had spent $300, paid upfront of course, to have John DiCiurcio [JD] "represent" my wife in traffic court. Apparently JD new the prosecutor and he informed us that he could only get a plea deal. We of course did so, putting our full faith and trust JD, since the traffic violation imposed a 4-point penalty. We went with the plea deal, pleaded guilty, paid the fines and wnet forward. Yesterday we learned that NJ DMV pegged the four points to my wife's record. Net-net: I paid $300 for something that I could have on my own: that is, plead guilty and be rewarded with 4 points.

Worst lawyer EVER! My wife hired him on September 18, 2010 to have a traffic ticket expunged. He INSTANTLY charged our credit card $275.00. He said that he would have the date postponed. We never heard anything from the court, so my wife showed up THANKFULLY or else a warrant would have been issued for her arrest!! He NEVER did anything. There was no paperwork at the court, at least none that anyone could find. Luckily, the PUBLIC DEFENDER got the ticket cleared AT NO COST!!! We now have been trying to get this $275 back from him. My wife called him several times and always the same response...oh I will send it.Today, I called him myself. I was firm and not pleasant, but he started going off on me and used ALOT of profanity....told me to come up there and get the check and he would take me outside and give me what I needed, big man??? That's professional! Used the "F" word several times. Now reporting him to NJ Bar and BBB. Had enough of this joker....and that's kind.

I had originally hired Dicurcio to get me out of a jam in Cherry Hill, NJ. He got the job done pretty well. It seemed like he was friends with the judge or had some kind of special relationship (as lawyers and judges sometimes do.) I rehired him to take care of an expungement for the same case and charged me a reasonable amount to take care of it all. I sent him the money back in January of 2010. August 2010 is approaching and he has yet to take care of the expungement. Not to mention, he and his law office have gave me countless excuses as to why they haven't taken care of my case yet - all of which are b.s. including how he fired a lazy secretary. I didn't hire his secretary to take care of this, I hired him. Basically, I thought this guy was a good guy, but instead he took my money, ran and has no results to show for! Please, do yourself and/or your loved ones a favor and don't trust this guy with your money. He's a sheisty lawyer! Despite the above, this is a very fair review.

This lawyer does not have the knowledge to process a bankruptcy case. He never returns your calls. When you finally get a hold of the atty, he tells you everything is going to be fine, but never corrects the problem. You have to tell this atty on how to do his job....

Mr. DiCiurcio saved my life, my marriage and my home from foreclosure. He had met me on a moments notice and was able to allow me to sleep at night knowing that I was not going to lose my house and have my children put on the street. He answered my call anytime of the day and night even weekends. I felt comforted each time I spoke to him because I knew he cared about what happened with me and my family. I would high recommend him to all my friends and family.
