We used Mark for a matter which we thought would end up in litigation, his mediation skills proved to be exceptional and we avoided the cost and time of court. We would recommend Mark for any issue we have in the future.

Mr. Greenstein was first retained as my lawyer in October 2017.Three years later, five court appearances (including two via ZOOM), countless sleepless nights, and days spent crying over false accusations, my case has finally come to an end. From the very start, Mr. Greenstein made no false promises. Instead, the outcome he had described materialized. Throughout the entire process, Mr. Greenstein did not "sling mud" at the opposition. There were times I did not understand, but I do today. He was very skilled at keeping me calm and always acted with grace and integrity. He is very clearly and highly respected in the legal community with good reason. His years of expertise combined with his character is priceless. Even though his schedule is very busy, he was always accommodating with my shift work hours. I am extremely relieved and happy with the results of my case. Mark took my case with his professional expert assertiveness and diligence he negotiated a fair and final settlement judgment in my best interested. Mark took the time to review my case and advise me on what legal rights and options I had to consider with regards to the separation/divorce and to our surprise, custody issues which arose in the later part of the separation/divorce agreement. Mark Greenstein is my hero. I had retained Mark for a very complex separation involving a highly special needs child. The opposing team had asked for a four way meeting with less than 24 hours’ notice while Mark was ill. Mark had very little time to prepare, since he was recently retained, and he still went to the meeting. The opposing team was very aggressive. I couldn’t believe how flawlessly Mark handled them. He led with the right questions centered purely on the children’s needs. Opposing counsel was forced to temper his own client’s demands. I came out with a result that was much better than expected. The children did too. My ex was even full of praise for Mark!

I was searching for a new lawyer and every legal professional I spoke to suggested Mark Greenstein. After speaking with him on the phone, I was further interested to meet with him. Once I met with him in person I knew he was knowledgeable and capable to handle my complex case. This was the best decision I made. Don't waste your time lawyer shopping just hire Mr. Greenstein!

I worker with Mark to get paid out on over 15 years of child support owing and accrued. Mark was responsive and always called me back in a timely manner. In order to save me a few $, he would have his legal assistant Marina work with me when possible. Finally after many years, I was able to get back a portion of what was owing and we settled so that I wouldn't have to incur more fees and go to court. Mark can be a very good ally to have.

I had gone through a long and complicated divorce with one lawyer . I was never able to reach him on the phone nor did he respond in a timely matter even during times of crises .When I did speak to him ,he was often condescending and pressed for time. He never had a problem billing me with his exorbitant fees, whether he was helpful or not.I do realize that probably most people will say the same about their lawyer. When an issue came up recently, Mark Greestein was recommended to me by a friend. He always took/returned my calls promptly. He was never rushed on the phone. He expedited all communications/emails so that the matter was resolved in as timely and as unacrimoniously as possible. I had the feeling that he was very careful about my money. He even refunded what was not used of my retainer. I have peace of mind knowing that the next time issues arrive I have Mark Greenstein in my corner .

Mark Greenstein was the fourth, yes fourth lawyer I used to complete my divorce. The other lawyers I used were very concerned with racking up their billable hours, wasted a lot of time and didn't seem to care about my welfare. He and his staff were efficient, professional and humane. Mark Greenstein was available and on point, knowledgable and practical. I would without reservation recommend Mark Greenstein to family and friends.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAWYER!!!
I hired Mark for my separation proceedings and was utterly disappointed from the quality of service and results I got. He over charged me continuously disregarding my delicate financial and family situation, he is completely useless in dealing with financials and caused me critical damages which in the end cost me a lot of money. He gave me zero results and yet continued to rip me off. He is not responsive in a timely manner and is clearly working on generating revenue for his boss. I wonder if his boss is aware to the fact that Mark has been ripping off so many clients pushing to get everything for nothing in return. Save yourself and your money. Stay away from him and from his firm.

Warning! this lawyer is all about the money. he inflates the bills just to satify his boss while getting ZERO results. He is not responsive, does not return calls and e-mails in a timely manner and has poor skills of negotiation with the opponent lawyer especially if the other lawyer is assertive and aggressive. He may appear personable at first glance but once he captures you in his spider web rest assured he will do whatever he can to ripp you off getting you minimal results. I am very disappointed and frustrated having spent so much money and being in a much worse situation before i hired him. Sorry but I am unable to recommend him. you have been warned!

Mark helped me with a brutal divorce case where the other party defended herself, making it very difficult on us given that the judge seemed to have a soft spot for her. Although it was costly for me, the result in the end was what I expected. I was hoping Mark was a bit more aggressive but again it was tough given the above circumstances. Overall I was quite satisfied.

BEWARE!!! THIS LAWYER IS A THIEF!!. HE WILL DESTROY YOU FINANCIALLY!!!. I have retained Mark to help me to resolve the mess from my other lawyers. He made it worse. He become an accomplice of court corruption by conspiring with the the other party and judges to fake court session which resulted in excessive billing and zero results. I am being fair and accurate in my comments about Mr. Greenstein. His knowledge of family law is adequate; his communication is acceptable; he has no tenacity and is too easily blown over by an aggressive opponent; his work quality is unacceptable (he overlooked and/or missed vital financial information in my case which ultimately cost me approximately $90,000; and value is horrible. I dismissed Mr. Greenstein and hired a new attorney. It took my new lawyer 6 months and approximately $7,000 to do what Mark Greenstein could not accomplish in over 10 years and legal fees in excess of $80,000 (there was never a trial so those were just accumuated fees for correspondence and meetings). My case is finally over, but not without great cost to me and my children. Don't be fooled by Mr. Greenstein. His interest is in money. He is void of compassion, particularly as it relates to children and meaningful resolution. Playing on the emotions of parents is his game. More bang for the buck.

Mark Greenstein is an amazing lawyer and i recommend him highly. From the first time i met him Mark was very professional, thorough and he explained everything to me so very clearly so i understood what the law was and what i should do. He had my best interest at heart and he worked very hard on my case. I almost lost my children and he get them back for me. I have used Mr. Greenstein on a couple of different occasions. My calls/emails have been promptly returned regardless of when they are made/written. I have been able to make appointments with ease and have received courtesy calls from Mr. Greenstein’s clerk if he was running late. He is knowledgeable, honest and compassionate and I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Do NOT work with this lawyer. He is without ethics and lacks the standard code of honor and integrity a sworn professional lawyer should have. He will nickel and dime you unethically, he exaggerates his billing hours, he even charges you time when you ask for a copy of your bill via email! The quality of his work is also in question. He does not work with sincerity or has any genuine care for the best interest of his clients. He did not prioritize his client appropriately. He is ONLY about money. He will truly bleed you financially and take advantage of the challenging times you face while in consult with him. BIG MISTAKE retaining this lawyer.
