HORRIBLE!!! THIS MAN SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE LAW.. HE DIDN'T EVEN SHOW UP TO COURT.

mr. duke is not a very honest person. he will not return phone calls, he will not stand up for you when you need it, when you ask him a question about anything , he just says he will look into it and then he does not call back,when you call him he will not answer his phone, he hides things from you like not giving you papers that may be important to your case, you have to pretty much be your own lawyer. mr. dukes famous words are just chew on it awhile, he leaves on vacation for two weeks and does not tell you anything, he may leave a week at a time during each month and he will not answer his phone. the name momberger that he uses on his voice mail and business cards, well that person has been deceased sience 1994. he should NOT be using this person name at ALL!!! BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS LAWYER MR. CHARLES L. DUKE
