I own a condo and the management company for my HOA appointed Mr. Fier to a problem I was having with a co-owner who broke the CC&Rs. In the two years I have dealt with Mr. Fier, I have never experienced anybody so unprofessional and incompetent. My situation was very simple, the owner of the unit above me put in hardwood floors - a direct violation of the CC&Rs and my association appointed Mr. Fier to handle the situation. It has been TWO years with no resolution because Mr. Fier does absolutely NOTHING. In fact, in the two years he has not responded to any of my 27 emails or dozens of phone calls. In fact, on two different occasions Mr. Fier had the association tell me I could only communicate to him directly and not through the association and I still NEVER received a response. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the California Bar Association but want to ensure nobody is ever subject to this lawyer's unprofessional services.
