Kevin Waite is what an attorney should be. Kevin has been my attorney for over 4 years now. He has helped me through two difficult custody cases, both of which went in my favor. He was supportive, patient, a good listener, and always kept me up to date on new information etc. Kevin always made himself available to me and answered questions/returned my calls quickly. Talk about a patient good listener, and ready to persevere over any odds! Kevin was knowledgeable, willing to research and learn more about things he was not as experienced with until he nailed it; was applauded for his professionalism, use of experience, and quality by the Judge on multiple occasions, and overall dealt with more attacks from my ex-husband, my own emotional break-downs, and severely stressful situations involving all parties many times over the course of a very stressful nearly 3-year period. Military divorce can be sticky and tricky especially when dealing with several states and jurisdiction issues. Kevin stuck with me every step of the way and always had great advice and insight. He was always honest and never made anything feel "wrong" when leaving court. I would consider Kevin and his wife friends of my family always. There is not enough gratitude for all he did for me and my kids!

I hired Kevin for a Estate and Will case. He was very honest, great knowledge, and a pleasure to speak with. I would hire Kevin again after we settled out of court and won on my long 2 year case. I love his wife that works for him also.

kevin recently assisted me with a possible dui and drug conviction which i was railroaded into by a sheriffs deputy with a very bad attitude. Kevin handled my case professionally and was able to get my charges down to reckless driving from the dui,failure to yield with what I think was a very good outcome of a fine and two days of labor with the sheriffs crew. I would definately call Kevin again to be represented for any legal advice I needed, he handled my case professionally and kept me informed about everything that went on. thank you kevin

Kevin had to listen to all my crazy questions and google inspired legal ideas as we worked through all of the post divorce fallout. He understood how the less powerful member of the couple often had to experience the worst part of the afterlife. He remained kind, supportive, and he kept me from doing some things that would have resulted in a real mess for me.

I used Kevin as my defense attorney to defend against a misdemeanor criminal charge. He was effective and diligent, despite the minor status of my offense in comparison to his other clients. He challenged every questionable issue, leading to a very favorable result. I recently needed copies of the court documents and received them within days of my request.

I have had Kevin as a family attorney for over 5 years as well as a criminal attorney. He has represented myself and several members of my family. He has been a valuable asset in our legal issues. He always gave very sound advice and thought of issues I would never have thought to question. He has called me late in the evening to ask me questions and this let me know he was working hard on my case. I have called him in a panic and he and his staff have been calming and supportive. He knows what he is doing and is very good at estimating those he is up against. His office staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I appreciate all he has done for my family. He is the attorney I will call with any future legal needs I have.

I hired Kevin a year ago for an anullment. I was overseas and email was my primary means of contacting him. He ensured me that the process would only take 6 weeks, but at best it would take 6 weeks for him to get back with me. The anullment process took all of 10 months to complete! Whenever I would email he wouldn't respond until I would write several emails and had to be very blunt. He never apologized or had a good explanation for his dereliction. Then when the papers were completed, he did not send me a copy for two months after and rather than sending me a copy he sent my ex the copy!!!! (when I was the one that hired Kevin) His only excuse was that he had more pressing clients.. I don't understand how that can be when I was a paying customer like everyone else. I paid $1,200 for the anullment when all he had to do was draw up 2 papers and never even had to meet me in person OR take any of my phone calls. He made it so hard to contact him I had to have my mom call him!
