Incompetent attorney and nasty person. Treats his clients as if they were a nuisance and inconvenience to him. He acts as if he was doing you a favor taking on your case. Degraded and belittled us throughout the entire process. Lied and misrepresented facts. Horrible communication. Do not hire him. He is a fraud. We won the case, but he took most of the money claiming that was his fee!

Made false statements, promised to call me several times, never followed through once, didn't do anything in the one year he was my attorney except make some phone calls, I did more work by getting all my medical files from all the places that examined me, he made false statements about doing "everything he can to help me" i went to several other lawyers for second opinions & when I told him he said I was not allowed to do that & pressured me into giving him the numbers of the attorneys I called which he then made sure they would never talk to me again by saying that I was his client & next time they call he will report them. I feel like such a fool, & my deadline has almost passed he did this with full knowledge of what was happening & couldn't even call me so that I could get another attorney, so don't make the same mistake that I did, behind the smile is a attorney who just wants his money.
