Surprised to see he's specialized in an area where he could not speak a word in response to the Judge's probate question in court - let alone give accurate legal counsel to a client. BTW-the firm gave incorrect advice to me per the Judge leading to add'l work and billable time. Had to constantly redo work at almost every step - leading to repeat mailings of the same items to interested parties. this led to additional billable hrs. IMHO, the quality of legal work was inadequate and not sync with the rates charged. Billing practices are being challenged.
