stopped in on 3 separate occasions between january '14 and may '15 to file disability. in oct '14 i asked about the status of my case; i was told by his son charles that i spoke to his father and requested that they withdraw my ssd case (???) refiled (or as it turns out, didnt) again in may i inquired (told in january and october of '14 that it would take 6-8 months to hear a response from ssd). in may, charles seemed shocked i still hadnt heard anything, and requested to meet me at the social sec office. while waiting, he told me there was some special way to file where you skip right to a hearing and it only takes about 3-4 mo. went to the office with him and filed online for the third time in 17 months. they abruptly stopped responding to any and all communiques. upon hiring a new attorney, it was found that i had never applied. he never went beyond the online part of the application. he never did anything on the following two occasions (oct '14 and may '15)

Did an excellent job of explaining the steps in the process. Very friendly and helpful. Has a great ability to pull my information from the web as to the debts I owed and property I owned. Nice office. A little pricey but personalized quick service made up for it.

I was and had heard nightmare stories on how hard it was to file for bankrupcy. After meeting with Mr. Gaughan and his staff I felt at ease. He handled my case very quickly and achieved the result that I was looking for. I will always use Mr. Gaughan's office for all my legal needs and will recomend him to anyone.

Pulled up my credit reports and scores into an easy to read summary. Had my bankruptcy done in less than an hour. Easy to deal with and shows you each step in the bankruptcy petition on a double computer screen. Very easy to deal with and well worth the money. I left feeling pretty good.
