I retained Mr.Baerg in August 2011 with a retainer of $5,000 cash.Baerg contacted my husband several times through letters andphonecalls.I complained that he should not have sent more than one letter and that I did not agree with the fact that telephone contact had been made.he replied that his efforts were good for my case.After this I contacted Mr Baerg several times asking if my husband had been served with the documents.On May 2012 Mr Baerg confirmed during my visit to his office that my husband had been served
I then made numerous calls and sent emails to Mr. Baerg inquiring if a court date had been set as the thirty days for the Answer had gone by.On September 2012 I went to the Superior Court alone to find out there was no affidavit of service in the file.I then called Mr. Baerg and told me that he wanted to see me as we had a problem.he told me that he had just found out that the process server had lied to him and that my husband had not been served.4 Months after bhe told m
