I had a car accident where I was rearended,the insurance company found the other vehicle 100% at fault. When I called TSR Injury Law,I was appointed Rich Ruohonen I had to deal with this man for 2.5 years - he LITERALLY SCREAMED on the phone to me when I continued to get the care that my doctor ordered - stating that I was eating up money!, and treated me like i was substandard. I was afraid to have any contact whatsoever with him. He would often refer to insurance adjusters, and other lawyers as stupid, and unable to understand stipulations or not smart enough to catch his "quick witted" moves. I have never been involved in legal situation regarding any type of accident or injury, and hope to never be again. I would not recommend this lawyer. He is arrogant and rude, to his own clientelle! This man took around 75% of my settlement money - with all the additional fees added on to his upfront quote of 1/3 of the settlement. Horrible Experience the entire 2+ years.
