Victor is an excellent attorney. He's won a case for me that no other attorney would take. Always available, even weekends and late at night whenever an urgent matter comes up. Highly recommended.

The usual practice of hiring a lawyer is when help is needed. By hiring Victor Worms you will not only waste your time but will need more help then you originally needed. His behavior is absolutely not professional. He doesn’t appear in court, doesn’t answer calls or respond to emails. After being in a lawsuit for 4 years, we today in a much worse situation then we originally were. We most definitely do not recommend the person we trusted for 4 years. He is a liar and not trust worthy. Edward D

Terrible, unprofessional, Victor A. Worms will trick you being nice with you at first, then you will see his real nature, he is also will become very rude. He doesn't know the laws well, and doesn't keep up with new updated laws. He is not a real attorney, you will lose the case with him, he cannot keep up and messing up all the time even with the small issues. Please get another lawyer or you will regret that you picked him.

Not a good lawyer, he is very good up until he takes your retainer and then he will invent every excuse not to show up to court or produce any work, beware of this lawyer you can lose your own case on your own and don't need to pay for that. Highly unethical and will blackmail you with info he has about the case

This man is a pathological liar . Easily the worst lawyer I've ever had the misfortune to deal with . He told me he filed a mechanical lien and he never did . On top of that , he never answers his phone and when he does he schedules a call back but never calls . Do yourself a favor and find someone else .

I don't even know where to begin with this guy.
I'll keep it short:
-he was always late
-he over billed us
-he never showed up even to court when he was supposed to
-he was unprepared EVERY time we appeared
-he kept asking for meetings in offices that weren't his, and security would kick us out (so ghetto!)
-he eventually stopped showing up to court and our case was nearly thrown out. The upside is that the judge knew we wet inadequately represented and gave us another chance.
I can't believe he has a license. Probably because he threatened us not to say anything and likely does the same to others. Otherwise someone this bad would be disbarred by now.
