I would like to thank Mr. Virk for all the help that he provided me through out the case. It was a very stressful process, but his approach was very positive from the get go.

Besides being a professional, he is a genuinely humble and a kind hearted person.

Mr.Virk has represented me on three separate occasions. He has a hatrick in his defence of me. On all three separate occasions, thru his masterful negotiation & advocacy skills, he was successful in having the charges either withdrawn or dropped. This being my first and last time going through the rigours of the legal system, I was extremely overwhelmed and stressed throughout the process as I had my doubts that an honest and rightful outcome would surface. I switched from other lawyer to Mr. Sunny Virk and found him a competent lawyer based on his skills and ethics. I had multiple criminal charges but Mr. Virk's expertise and perfect cross examination of the complainant topped with good interaction with Crown and Court led my case to peace bond as Crown Attorney withdrew all charges of sexual assault, assault with weapon, bodily harm and assault as convinced by Mr. Virk's unbeatable documentary evidence.
I was freed at Preliminary Inquiry of all my charges and saved me of time, tension and money of going into Trial. He in fact satisfies himself of all the situation of the client so that court can read his mind and put valuable trust in the process. The money doesn't matter if you got the right shoulder to present & plead your cases to an excellent targeted motto. A very difficult case managed carefully with material evidence by him in deed.

Going through the legal system was extremely scary but having Suny Virk as my lawyer made everything less daunting. He didn't judge me or make me feel bad. He was always there to answer my endless questions and always gave me his full attention. I truly think that no amount is too much to pay for your freedom, yet I didn't feel like I was overcharged. His prices were more than fair. Hopefully I never have to go through the legal system again but if I do, I won't hesitate to hire Mr. Virk as my lawyer.

My first interaction with Mr. Virk was pleasant. My case was not complicated but the accusations against me were very serious. He laid down the law, literately, and this set me at ease. I was not the only case before the court that day nor was I Mr. Virk's only client in the court room. I watched and each time Mr. Virk went up and he was the most prepared, best speaking and most knowledgeable lawyer also in most cases much better prepared then the crown(He knew Names and Key info other lawyers did not even have). When it was my turn to face the judge my palms were dry as I knew I made the right choice. When I told Mr Virk my goals he made game plan and explained it so I could understand it easily. I was charged with an assault that was later upgraded to causing bodily harm. When I first met Virk, he informed me that was a possibility based on the situation, which I was not surprised. He also told me he will try to get a peace bond for me (which other lawyers had ruled out). In the end, we were able to reach a peace bond. We kept our relationship simple and professional, as I had put my trust in him. I don't see why he isn't a man of his word as he did what he told me he would. Case closed. Money talks.

He doesn't make any false promises, and he works hard to fight for you. If you feel stuck and anxious about going through the legal system, you need to have a lawyer who understands the client and is willing to fight hard for you. Suny was there to help ease the stress of the courts by giving tips on what I could do in the meantime to better my case. He got me a conditional discharge in my case, and overall I was happy that I hired Suny and did not attempt to go through this whole process alone. Overall, a great lawyer.

Mr.Virk is a very experienced lawyer who is very knowledgeable and have great negotiation skill with the Crown and Judge. I say this because I switched to Mr.Virk after my previous lawyer cannot get my case resolved without criminal record if it does not go to trial. Now my case got resolved with conditional discharge without going to trial, which seems almost impossible to most lawyers I consulted before. So If you have issue in domestic violence, try Mr.Virk, you will get what you pay for.

Hopefully I'll never need a lawyer again, but if I do it will be Suny Virk. Going through the court system was a terrifying experience. I had heard that Mr. Suny Virk had worked with Mr. Eddie Greenspan and this is the reason I retained him for my case. I am very happy that I did.
