Absolutely the worst lawyer and human being I have ever come across...She is downright rude and figures that your on her timeline vice yours. Oh and she has no timeline...your lucky if you get a response to your many calls and emails...and when she does respond she has excuses as to why she didn't respond to you. Sorry but are you getting paid to represent me? I'm not a pro bono case, I'm actually paying for a service, so do your job...it's only right. Stay clear of this ambulance chaser by any means. Your better off hiring your cousin whos in prison!

Simply horrible. Never filed my case, I'm now stuck with child support since 2006. STAY AWAY, your better of showing up in court and arguing your own case.

Terrible, this lawyer likes to soak up money, says she is your advocate but only rolls over for the other side. Sher does very little to try to get you a fair decision. At times I had to remind her of things in during the hearing in order for her to address them in court. She sent me to private mediation and then did nothing to get the other side to sign the documents, as a result it cost me about 20K between attorney fees and mediator fees only to get micro steps in visitation. This was a slamm dunk case, but was maid worst by her.

She is unprofessional, does not return calls in a timely manner and showed up late for court. She is emotional and has trouble keeping a level head in and out of the court room. She is not up to date on laws and recent changes to family law proceedings. I do not recommend her.

As you can see with my ratings I do not think much of her. She messed you big time in my representation, did not return call, was not prepared in representing me at the court. I finally had to fire her. I cost me time, and complicated my divorce. STAY AWAY FROM HER, you have been warned

Overall an attorney with no organizational skills. She doesn't know how to speak in court. She was surprised that the court filed on my favor and took credit for my own research...in other words I worked my own case, she charged me an arm and a leg and I'm still waiting for the paperwork to be filed...

I hired Leigh Kretzschmar a couple years ago for a child custody case. In my eyes, it shouldn't have been a complicated case. I am a single mother and supporting my daughter on my own. I just want the father to help support the child. I paid so much money over a course of 7 months and the case was still not finished. I had to call and push Leigh to work on my case and give me status literally every other day. The case finally finished after 10 months of court continuances and hearings. Continuances could have been avoided if Leigh had all the information ready and filed on time. This is how she makes money, she delays and charges her clients for the continuance paperwork. STAY AWAY from Leigh Kretzschmar.

I had the same bad experience with her. Leigh is a liar, she promises alot in the beginning and did not come through with it. She just wants your MONEY for NOTHING! NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. She bills us for EVERYTHING even an email or a voicemail! Then she charged us to dig dirt on the ex which she did BUT SHE DOESN'T USE it in court!! Who's side is she on?!?! I do not reccomend this lawyer one bit. You have better luck defending yourself, trust me.

Leigh Kretzschmar claims to have handled and won many child custody cases. After hiring her for services, I have lost custody to my child and end up paying more child support then what my ex and I have agreed upon. Leigh tells me all the things I want to hear at the consultations but fails to deliver. Attorney fees increase drastically when she said that it is covered in my initial payment. Leigh takes money out of my bank account when she pleases without my consent causing me to overdraft and create bounce checks. I am very disappointed with her services as I always have to call and remind her to take of my case. I have tried to change lawyers numerous times during my case but found out that it would cost me twice as much to transfer my case and restart. I advise you not to consult Leigh Kretzschmar for any services.
