Conflict of Interests/Sureptitous Recordings Refuses to explain right of outsouirced 1099 Lawyer to surreptitously record workers who alleged a conflict of interests between their respective union and the City of New York. Furthermore, he refuses to explain the right of outsourced attorney to share such records...with the City oif New York, the New York City Corporation Counsel....and the union to which the worker is a dues paying member!!!
