I went through a divorce from a marriage of two years in which I ended up having to pay my ex over $18, 000 out of my 401k. I lost half of the property that I had that was acquired prior to ever being married. Lack of knowledge of the law let's other attorneys walk all over him and even the judge was laughing at him in Court. When I told him he needed to set up on court date for a restraining order to contest, he replied he spoke with the opposing attorney and client and they weren't willing to drop it. Which was the whole purpose of hiring him to take it to court in which either the court commissioner or a judge could decide. This man literally will take the easiest route out for him and does not care about his clients. I believe that the positive remarks on here about him are from his friends trying to sugarcoat his ratings. Do not hire him this lawyer. You would be better off defending yourself.

I have never met an attorney that can make an innocent person go to jail for something they didn't do and takes overwhelming evidence and sets it to the side never giving it to the DA. I had an officer who came and saw the place where my fence was and he didn't want to put her on the list of witnesses he did but never subpena her. He never presented the DA with the evidence of the officer lying, the pictures of where the fence was nor did he talk to my witness, even on the day of trial he never talked to them. I think DA's love it when you hire him because he gives them a case on a silver platter. I am appealing the case which will cost me 10000 or more by the time I am done. I was offered a $150 fine but refused because I didn't do it. He kept on telling me to take a deal even though I said I didn't want one. He didn't care about my case but kept on asking for money. I have had every lawyer I talked to about this case say he didn't do his job, I hope the appeal goes well.
