He is a terrible and dishonest lawyer! He was the lawyer for the party that we sued, and he lied in affirmations, supported lies in an affidavit and did not advise the court of his client perjuring himself, among other unacceptable behavior. He's such a bad lawyer that a complaint was filed w/ the Grievance Committee. If you want an attorney to lie, cover-up the fact that he never returns phone calls, never answers letters & basically does everything in his power to lie, deceive and twist the law for their own clients gain, then Tischler is the one for you. If you want a honest, dependable & fair attorney, then stay clear from this clown. Finally, if you have had the misfortune to hire him or deal with him as opposing counsel & you want to report him, then contact: Grievance Committee for the 2nd, 11th, and 13th Judicial Districts

This guy is a con artist. Promises you the world to get you to sign his retainer. Once signed, he disappears.He informs you of absolutely nothing. He literally steals your money. Don't be another one of his victims. Due your due diligence. He's a lying rat.

Signed my divorce papers in April of 2014. To this date my divorce still isn't final. It was 9 mos before they were submitted to the courts and still had a major document missing which held it up even longer. He never responds to emails, very unreachable and extremely passive and not helpful. I'm ready to report him. He got paid but isn't doing his job!
