I had a great experience using David Rosen's services and his assistant, Samantha on my real estate sale. Everything went really smoothly and any issues the deal had were quickly resolved. I'd come back and recommend my friends and family. In fact, I already have. He did a great job and they were a pleasure to work with.

I have used this lawyer a few times when I was younger. This was when I was naive and did not know what quality lawyers that actually do their jobs, don't overcharge and treat you like a human being. This lawyer did more work for the other side than for me. If I can recommend one thing to anyone reading this comment, is to please do your due deligence and only then you will realize this is not a good lawyer at all. You will find a better lawyer, anyone else will do.

Very bad communication, says everything that one wants to hear to resolve matters and then does the exact opposite or does not do anything at all. Do not use this lawyer or talk to his assistant Kathy, awful "customer service"

Unfortunately I made the mistake of closing my deal with this lawyer and now I am extremely disappointed. If I knewthis lawyer would end up overcharging me at the end of the transaction I would have never used him. I know many lawyers that would charge a lot less for the same job if not better. If you like over paying for a work any other lawyer can do for a lot less, go ahead and use this lawyer. I only wish I knew before using him. But that's fine, I have three other deals this year that I will end up saving on instead.

David and his assistant kathy are a joy to work with. They are honest and try to give you the best estimate they can.

He doesn't give you a proper estimate, overcharges at the closing of the transaction. His behaviour is abusive, and he cannot control himself. My opinion: Don't even try to work with him.
