All 3 judges of the court agreed with Gary that adjudicators should be free to decide their cases without undue influence. Resulted in changing the law in a really big way in terms of the process at LAT. RID: 213415

Click to report rating    1/28/17   1     1     1     1     1   Whether your case is catastrophic or not, save yourself the hassle and go with a firm that will listen to clients before making decisions. I called Mazin & Associates and I explained that I was dealing with continuing symptoms after a car accident 1.5 ago and told that they "only deal with catastrophic accidents" in a curt and judgemental manner. I'm not sure if my case qualifies as catastrophic but the person who answered the phone didn't give me the opportunity to describe the situation. I contacted the firm before writing a review hoping that they would ask their staff to change how they answer their phones to prevent other people from having this experience. Instead, I got asked questions about my condition, and when I explained that I was just looking to prevent this from happening again, I received the following email from Gary Mazin: "Feel free to writer any review you want but if your attitude remains the same please don't co tact my firm anymore."
