He is unethical dishonest, a thief and cheat. He charged 2500 for restraining order after quoting 300 and still was too incompetent to get it approved. I have every reason to believe my spouse paid him off to throw the case as he went out of his way to harm me and set me up from the very beginning while helping my spouse. He said he would accept service on my behalf and refused without telling me. He didnt file court docs and lied to me about doing so for Over ten weeks! He charged me for work he didnt produce. He missed meetings and caused me to drive three hours round trip. He left me penniless after stealing funds and doing no work! He will literally set his own client up by entrapping them to protect himself so he can later claim a reason to withdraw. He told me get dirt on spouse then claimed ethical reasons for not representing me when i confronted him fir non performance. He said i should get mental health treatment for the abuse i encountered. He had me sign a form allowing h

I spent thousands of dollars with three previous crooks who called themselves attorneys. I saw Daniel Williams in court when my attorney was late and wanted a continuance when he finally showed up. I called Mr. Williams later that day and hired him to finish my custody matter which had been going back to court for two years. After requesting a trial he finally was able to complete my custody case. Mr. Williams got such rigid requirements on my ex's contact that in the end my ex has followed the orders and is able to cooperate so that we can parent without going back to court. While that may not be good for repeat business, it is for the three of us and I would therefore tell anyone how happy he made me.
