It has been 4 years since the accdent and the claim has is just now going to be settled. He does not return phone calls, he only responds via mail. Was located in Sacramento when hired on as my attorney, will not travel or make appointments to meet with me, I have to always call and drive to Davis. 2nd part of claim is about to settle and He is double charging me for medical records I provided him, and then paid for with first part of claim. His Secretary Jamie is rude and unprofessional, and gives wrong information every time I call with questions. He told me my check was in the mail after I called him because I received a letter from the insurance company stating they mailed it 6/2/09, he mailed it to me 6/23/09 and failed to mention I could not cash it when I called him yesterday, I told Jamie I wanted to set up an appointment to go out there, she ignored my request. Was really rude when I questioned why I was getting double charged. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE.
