Great litigation attorney. Her fees are reasonable and she doesn’t run up her hours. We had spent over $90K with our previous law firm getting a bogus case dismissed in federal court, only to have the plaintiff refile the same charges in state court. We then switched to Debra’s firm, and she got the state case dismissed for $20K. Certainly not cheap, but she uses her time judiciously. For example, Debra advised against making certain arguments in our Dismissal motion. She said that we had a very strong case, and we shouldn’t introduce arguments that could be construed as a question of fact, which might allow opposing counsel to argue for Discovery. Our opposing counsel seems to be a serial abuser of the legal system, who will take almost any case on contingency and then try to run up the other side’s legal bills to get them to settle. Our first counsel played that game, but Debra didn’t. She counseled patience and not engaging while the case dragged on. I am very happy with the results
