He portrays himself as a kind knowledge person. He is not. because of his action after 30+ years of marriage he talked me into a very bad deal after at least 5 hours of mediation. He does not deserve to serve as an Attorney. I would not hesitate to talk to someone if contacted. P. Roberts

I told Bill Beck what I expected. Had he any integrity, he would have said, "Nope, no can do." A month passed before anything happened...and that's only because I called him on it. He offered NO strategy for winning. He refused to pursue issues I raised and I did my own research to support my positions. He didn't study my case. So > half the time was spent educating him. I believe he sold a non-refundable retainer and then did nothing to earn it.
He rushed my case to mediation (the legal term of his retainer) knowing there was nothing to gain from it (except he got to bill 3 hrs). He charged more money for court fees when there was > enough retainer to cover it. He walked away with > $1200 in UNEARNED money. Any legal help (after mediation), would cost me $9000.00 more. Read carefully anything you agree to. Do not give Bill Beck Law any benefit of any doubt.
IF YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST HIRE BILL BECK LAW, CONSIDER HOURLY.
DO NOT PAY HIM IN ADVANCE! YOU WILL BE SORRY.

Mr. Beck handled my divorce like a pro. From the start he listened and asked questions and I knew he cared to find out what I wanted. He explains the law like a teacher. Good understanding of the law and judges. Helped me to get over the divorce as well. He mediated better than the mediator and found solutions that worked where the mediator didn't. He worked great with the other lawyer, who was a prick, but he got things done despite constant games by other side. He's a good friend and I highly recomend him. He's easy to talk to and trust. I'd send my mother to see him.

If you have money to waste call him,he will run up your bill ,do nothing ,ignore your request,fail to supply you with filings,change agreements without consulting you and more. you will think he is working for the other side . Am considering filing complaint with Florida Bar. Biggest mistake I made was hiring him
