Classic bait and switch, over promises and under delivers, makes rookie mistakes and is really not interested in the clients opinion. She cowers at the other side and doesn't push back. Giant gaps in attention to the case, literally months of unanswered emails, broken appointments, no call no show for phone consultations. She is EXCELLENT at billing every second and cashing checks.
