I'm a father dealing with this crazy system when this judge has the bias opinion to state that my custody would not be heard because I haven't challenge every protected order this ex gets by this court,,,well maybe iif I didn't have Cancer I would. Give me a break,

He was really good. I was charged with Armed Robbery and the first plea was 7 years in prison. He got a no agreements plea and then convinced the Judge to give me probation.

I am unsure if the other raters have any actual experience with Mr.Beresky or if he has any real experience as a lawyer. He is very unprofessional and not even curteous. I could never recommend him.

Mr Beresky is fantastic. In the time since I first communicated with him, he has been nothing but supportive and honest. He gave me the optimal outcome, but he was sure to give me all the possibilities and be realistic about my situation as well. Anyone that has had any experience with attorneys knows that usually they say one thing and do something else. Not Justin. His integrity and professionalism remains, in my opinion, unparalleled. Anyone would be lucky to have his representation.

I would recommend Justin to anyone seeking help. Justin always took the time to make sure i understood the process and what my options were. I had never been in trouble before and Justin guided me through the process. Jutin also negotiated a great resolution to my case. I consulted with several attorneys who made promises that i didn't think could be kept and quoted outrageous fees. Justin's fee was fair and I'm glad i decided to go with him.

He was very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me and my family unlike past public defenders I had.
