I am completely surprised by the negative review. I hired Atty. Kim last Feb.18, 2010 to handle my chapter 7 BK and I expierenced the exact opposite. He was very accomodating and thorough. From Day 1 till the case was discharged around 100 days from filing, he personally handled my case. And most importantly the fee that I paid was far, far less than what he quoted you. I don't normally write reviews but I felt I have to do this to give justice to Atty. Kim as I am a very Happy and Satisfied client. Like I told him during our first meeting, he was the answer to my prayers.

I found his ad on local korean newspaper, called him for an initial phone consultation for bankruptcy. The so called "attorney" was more interested in talking about initial upfront payment of $4300 for chapter 7 and $8700 for chapter 13. During the phone consultation, he DID NOT answer any of my questions about BK, nor bothered to explain how it works. When i questioned him about his ridiculously HIGH fees, he got extremely defensive to the point that i had to end the conversation and hung up the phone on him. He is one nasty, very disrespectful and unprofessional individual who only cares about money. I am a long time Las vegas resident, and i have never heard of this guy until now. I would not recommend Howard Kim to anyone. STAY AWAY from this guy.
