All Georgia has done for me in four years is take my money for doing absolutely nothing bUT sitting on her behind! She has the most unorganized run office I have ever seen in my life. When you walk back to her desk it usually has stacks of papers and books everywhere. You are asked to sit down in a chair that looks as it was picked up out of the local dumps. There is also a strong aroma of cat urine at times. But to top it off she made so many promises of what she was gonna do but never came through on any. She planned it out perfectly where she could screw me out of a lot of money when I had all the evidence I needed from the start to get custody of my kids. But she wanted it to go to trial where she could really rape over at a whopping 300 bucks an hour! My advice is don't waste your money on this phony because she will just take you for a ride like she has done me.

Georgia Shobe is very good at what she does. She tells it how it is and is very honest and up front. She clearly looks after the child in custody cases and puts her all into her cases. She is hard to reach at times, but all in all I would use her again for anything I need in the future.

Eighteen years ago, she was the Guardian Adlitem in my divorce/child custody case. No children of her own, but considered herself an expert in what to do with my child, who was 5 years old at the time. She gave PRIMARY custody of my Son to his Father based on the fact that he owned our home. It was My son's only known home. Do to her ignorance, my son suffered a lot of physical and mental abuse at the hands of his Father and Paternal Grandparents. Thankfully, when he turned 16, he ran away and came to live with me full time. THANKS FOR NOTHING, GEORGIA SHOBE!

She helped me get custody of my kids back. And was reasonably priced and was willing to work with me on my bill. She is very straight forward and honest. She is however a little messy which I think is because she does everything on everyone's case, she does not rely on her paralegal to write her documents. Speaking of paralegal, Robin is very rude and thinks she knows it all... Believe me this is not the case, and no one wants to hear about all of her family history when you are in there with your own problems. She also just sat there on her I pad playing games and also texting on her phone. Robin never returned any phone calls as promised. I did talk to Jessica a lot and she was very friendly and helpful, she did not act like she knew an answer she always asked Georgia and got back with me. Loved her always cheerful and a bright young lady .

To begin with, I honestly have no business what so ever commenting on a practice I know very little about. That being the case, please understand this is simply from my own personal perspective.
Once I walked to the back with the lawyer to what I presume was her office I was somewhat shocked. The vinyl chair I was asked to sit in was completely shredded and there was little to no organization anywhere. I truly apologize however; the place was a complete dump, not to mention the constant stench of a dirty liter box. I will give her credit in the knowledge department, she does know the in’s and out’s of divorce. My concern however was this, both my wife and I were looking for a simple uncontested, no property nor financial issue to deal with, both children are adults … divorce. Why on earth was that going to cost me $1650.00? Not to mention the fact that the fifteen minute consultation cost me $100.00 up front. I don’t think so!

Georgia is straight and to the point. She knows her law and will tell you what she can or can not do for you. Georgia is not someone who holds back. She tells like it is. She works hard for you and especially if there are children involved she will let you know children come first. Great advocate for children. Thank you Georgia for all you do:)
