Terrible lawyer, no communication, overcharges and underdelivers. Wouldn't let him defend me for a speeding ticket, that bad. talks a great game but his walk is DOA.

"Good" does not accurately describe this attorney. He is exceptional. Allen goes above and beyond to assist his clients in finding the best resolution to the issue without costing a fortune. He does this because he is ethical and fair. Allen demonstrates compassion and integrity as well as excellent knowledge of law. If someone is looking for an attorney who will treat you like family, I would highly recommend Allen Scazafabo, Jr.

If there was a rating for Excellent I would Mark that one. Not only has Allen expressed his Knowledge, Communication, Tenacity, Work Quality or Value but he's expressed "Compassion", Understanding, Fairness and more importantly generosity. If you're looking for someone who has a "human" interest in your case - this is the man. My "Family Court Case" has been on going and obviously can't afford $$ it and I have a bull coming after me and Allen stopped him in his tracks. With his loyal assistant Alyssa assisting throughout this ordeal I feel confident and secure that my situation will finally be resolved. I know i'm in good hands and $$ wasn't the interest here! Human interest and caring was. I can't thank this team enough and I would recommend them to anyone going through a tough time $$$ and who really need people to LISTEN without shoving you out the door! Incompetant. Takes twice as long to explain anything likely because overall he is about generating fees. I actually hired Sandra Fava but he kept intervening to "own" my case. I'm not sure how much of it was him lying that Sandra was not available versus her not being available. He convinced me to not take a settlement offer and then proceeded to generate $80K in fees in responding to a law suit. Then Sandra Fava shows up and says I should have taken the offer.
