He has abused his office in the following ways as an "outsourced lawyer" paid on a l099 by the union: 1) He obstructs/obfuscates definition of an 'Unsatisfactory Rating" and he obstructs/obfuscates the burden of the union to address the Draconian penalty imposed upon Teachers who are banned from working for the remainder of their lifetime.

CONFLICT OF INTERESTS This lawyer works as an "OUTSOURCED" lawyer for the teAchers union---- NYSUT and is paid on a l099. He is assigned to represent teachers whoallege a conflict of interests between the Teachers' Union and the municipality. HE has NEVER ruled that the union has generated a conflict o interests with the muncipality. His continuied employmebnt turns upon his doing what the union "big wigs" in Albany tell him to do. He surreptitously records the Teachers and shares said recordings with the NYSUT "big-wigs."
