IRS Attorney Joseph F. Maselli ran protection interference for Northrop Grumman as IRS "Regional Counsel" in the Ohio district. When the truth got close, he invoked IRC 6103(e) (7) and 6103(e) (1) (D) to avoid addressing the real facts concerning Northrop Grumman's transference of tax responsibilities to layoff victims for the matching pension funds the company benefited from. Northrop kept the excess (taxable) pension funds for their own profit (by laying off employees before they could meet the vesting requirements) and gave bonuses to their executives for their “ingenuity”. Maselli used the 6103 law to stonewall disclosure of what was being pulled off. He shouldn't have a lawyer license!!!
