My experience was the same as what others had posted, "She is stupid and slow and only concerned with billing lots of hours." and "overcharged and looked for issues that were not there - it just felt like a simple job was made far more complicated than needed be - no discussion on the bill until it far exceeded the quote." Lynda is extremely stupid, and is only concerned with billing for money. I thought she talked slowly as she was explaining new terms to me--she is talking slowly as she is that stupid. And unethical. Avoid her like the plague.

I needed a lawyer to draft a marriage agreement and found Lynda's firm online. I feel very fortunate to have found her. Lynda is organized, experienced and efficient. She made sure that I knew my rights and clarified everything about these agreements to me and answered all my questions patiently. Lynda made this experience very easy (despite the difficult nature of marital issues and contracts), I feel that my rights are protected and the agreement was completed promptly and accurately without delay and to my satisfaction. It is always comforting to know that the firm you hire is 100% on your side to help you.

Working with Cassels Murray was a great experience both times. Lynda is very knowledgeable about Wills and how BC Law applies to mixed families and minor children. She was able to explain potential issues with my first ideas and collaborate to develop a Will that met the specific needs of my family. Fees are reasonable and staff are excellent. (I feel that I should add that I have experience with many law firms over the years and this is one of the best!)

My experience with Lynda and Cheryl has been excellent. Lynda is both knowledgable and supportive.I felt like my case was handled efficiently and I felt each decision we made was truely in my family's and I best interest. Thank you for being so efficient and managing our time wisely. I highly recomment Lynda as a lawyer.

Very respectful, knowledgeable and quick. She also did not add pad the bill by writing or calling me unnecessarily, or using several others in the firm to do much of the work.
