I can't rate the other areas, however it took 2 years AFTER the judge granted the divorce for her to draft the divorce paperwork, and over 2 years for the QDRO To get drafted and still hasn't been filed with the Monterey courts, was granted a divorce 3 years ago by the judge and she still hasn't completed the necessary paperwork. Written complaint filed with CA bar association. I don't feel it's in my best interest to contact her as it would be a conflict of interest. I just want her to finish the divorce paperwork as ordered by the Monterey Courts regardless of whatever fee issues she may or may not have with my ex wife her client. This is extortion, since this is delaying my retirement due to the QDRO notice but no order from the judge because she has not gotten signatures and filed the documents with the courts, she has had the paperwork since June 2012. Anyone else see this as an issue?
