I hired Natalie J. Kaplan to write my will. It took her 4 months to tell me that she could not complete the job. She did not return my money, $975.00, because she said she charged me for phone calls she made on my behalf. I hired another attorney who completed the job in two weeks. He was very professional and had a pleasant personality. Natalie J. Kaplan's behavior was inappropriate, feckless, and ineffective. Do not hire her!
