wow. i was up against him with my attorney. i saw through him and did not let him intimadate me, he called me once yelling at me and i hung up on him, stand up to this man or he will run right over you, in the end i won he lost. Has such a high opinion of himself it is laughable.

He is the devil incarnate. Find a lawyer who likes to bully bullies. We found one and now we are fighting back in a three-year divorce. All these reviews are correct. God help anyone who has to go against this guy. As Christians, We Believe that God will trouble those who trouble us unjustly. He will get his in the end.

Avoid him at all costs. I hired him to defend me in a custody case with false allegations from my ex. On first day of court, he had me sign an agreement with the other attorney, while yelling at me to do so, which ultimately signed away ALL of the rights to my children. I immediately fired him and have been locked into the court system for years trying to get my kids back. I have had zero access to my children since.

this lawyer is the worst form of a human COCKROACH ! Smiles when you first meet, shakes your hand, charges you upfront and BAM-!!! he's GOTCHA!! You lose your money. God help anyone caught in this Atty's web.If you fell on the sidewalk in front of his office he would step over you, drop an envelope with a bill, and keep walking. He is a master BULLY--A LIER--A Document FORGERER--a WEISEL looking for the Kill. I know, I lost over $150,000.00 because of this heartless, non-human sub life form. BEWARE THIS MAN IS EVIL beyond belief!

Get out before he bankrupts you!! Talks the talk, and afraid to bark. Never prepared when in court. Has a million and one excuses. Only worried about making his own millions. Bill, Bill and Bill!! When you question his billing he gets extremely defensive and threatens his client. Avoid a contract with this attorney at all costs!! You deliver per contract, and he threatens you with court because he found product quicker!! Not even a phone call out of professional courtesy! I guess not a billable call!!

He drags out the cases and gets both sides worked up just to keep arguments and the case going. He bills for everything as if he is doing it when you know it's the paralegal. He will bicker with opposing lawyers even when it's unnecessary. Then at the end of the day the bullying tactics he uses on the opposition he will then use on you. Such a joke! I don't recommend him to anyone! Get out now!

I sure wish I read these ratings and comments beforehand. After I googled previous positions he claimed he held and found nothing. He drives the bus alright. Not only is he rude, but his staff will throw you under that bus as well. Just as much as he did right in the end. Not one phone call, no case history on the file, takes other client calls during conference and waited over a half an hour for an appointment one day. Not only did I lose my case, but I lost everything

Sends you a letter a day just so he can bill for it. He has a rude demeanor and bullies his own client as much as the opposition. I am contemplating filing a complaint with the Board on the suggestion of my new attorney.This guy is one to avoid!!!

I have given him 8100.00 and in 18 weeks and he's filed a (1) document. He claims he's driving the bus. But it's my bus and I'm taking the key and giving him a skate board to take his ego over the clift.

Wish I'd seen these ratings before I hired him. Like the rating before, it's all about the money. He is cocky and arrogant. You are charged for calls, if he returns your calls. You pay for him to read your letters, for him to send you a letter, the other attorney a letter, loves to drag cases out, more money for him. I terminated services, then got charged for that. Not worth the money. Go someplace else. I did and finally won!

Fees, fees, and more fees! Tries to drag proceedings on for as long as he can to up those billable hours. Works more in his own best interest than the client. A little off on some aspects of the law, but talks a good game.
