As a former client, I wouldn't recommend Brian Tracz to walk my dog. It took 10 months to close and to make matters worst, he charged us a $250 penalty for failing to close - he never confirmed the date with us first. He scheduled the closing the same day our daughter was born.
This guy is a prick.
