100% 0! Think twice and do not lose your mind! My review is simple. Take your time. Read and believe they will cost you! Addisson F. Smooth rookie with bad additude. Wont speak unless its time to up the retainer. No need to lie. This firm allowed ex to spend 50,000 them mishandle my asset sheet. Then once i was issued a judgement ,hustled ne out of another 5000. Not a moral firm in my opinion. Totally abused me doing a stressful divorce. It is not a place of profressional. For profit!Most people do not realize that ethical rule prohibit lawyers from responding in detail to a negative review. Always keep in mind the old adage, there are two sides to every story. There have been times when an attorney reads a negative review and literally screams at her computer screen, “that is not what happened at all!” The reader of that negative review will never know the “other side” because they did not!!!

Complete thief. He used up my $3,000 retainer on arbitrary crud before i ever got a hearing. He sent me a bill showing his charges and he had completely overcharged and entirely embellished all of it. I sat and watched him file something that took maybe 45 minutes and he charged me 2.2 hours or over $700 for it, and the list went on. Don't waste your time and definitely not your hard earned money here.

I highly discourage anyone from using the law office of Greg Quimby. They are dishonest and incompetent. When we originally approached Quimby, my spouse and I told him that we were divorcing and we had agreed on all aspects of the split, from finance to spousal maintenance, all we wanted his office to do was assist with the required paperwork and managing us through the court process. This was OUR mistake for using his office. We gave Quimby a $3,000 dollar retainer fee. He immediately assigned the case to his new legal assistant, their office repeatedly requested information multiple times and charged us for their time in doing this. Our case ended up taking 9 months to complete which resulted in additional billing of time on their part. It ended up costing us double the initial retainer fee to complete the entire process for a divorce where there was no contention on anything between us. Their office will rip you off financially.

Now here's an attorney who understands and will get passionate about your case. To him your case is more than just facts, to him you're a real person, and your case matters. He talked to me on a very personable basis, and truly fought for my case.

Throughout my case, the Law Office of Greg Quimby remained patient, aggressive, professional, and kept me informed of every single move and action. In the end, we were able to achieve a favorable judgement.

He handled my divorce for me several years ago. He kept telling me we didn't need to include items in our decree because they are "Colorado Law" so they were "understood" to be part of the decree. (i.e. who pays our child's medical bills, who pays for our child's insurance, etc.) Well, they aren't understood to be part of the decree. He needed to include the items. I tried to call Mr. Quimby first to see if he could do the modifications. He said I would need to pay an additional $3,000 retainer and all other costs. Now I am paying another attorney to modify our original decree. I would not recommend him for a divorce.

Unprofessional, unresponsive to emails so after weeks I called to inquire and learned my email had been incorrectly input into their system. Greg reasigned case to paralegal without bring them up to speed and then had the audacity to charge me for rework. Greg bad mouthed the opposing attorney and accused them of as being gold diggers and incompetent (talk about calling the kettle black). Basically bleed us and then dimisssed himself from the case when he was challenged. Greg gives lawyers a bad name.His conduct was nothing short of shamefu.

Greg Quimby did a marvelous job for me and my family. The last attorney I had never returned my phone calls and never seemed to care about the toll this case was taking on me and my family. Greg Quimby did. Perhaps it's because he works with his daughter and is a family man himself. His staff too were marvelous. I couldn't recommend him higher.
