It was very unpleasant dealing with Ms. Bochner. Her attitude was condescending, which was surprising as she was uninformed regarding the subject matter. The feeling that she was doing me a favor by conversing with me at all was overwhelming. The conversation was rushed and her demeanor was impatient. The issue was taken care of simply, pleasantly and with little effort through another attorney's office.
