Kenneth Rosenau is not the lawyer to hire as your divorce attorney. I made this mistake in 1997, and my life turned into a nightmare to this day. He lied about just everything, his references were lies, he hide from me the divorce settlement offer from my ex-husband, he wrote letter to the opposing counsel asking for a recommendation for judgeship position that Rosenau wanted. He was constantly setting up court dates to pad up billing hours. He almost destroyed my life and the lives of my children. Please don't make the mistake of hiring him, he'll turn a bad situation into a hell hole. He is about billing hours, not about the human beings who he is suppost to advocate for. He is bad news. When I tried to fire him him he refused to get off the my case. He tried to get the judge to give to him the child support that my husband was providing. If anyone want my testimony against this lawyer please contact me.

Well as a black woman that was represented by Kenneth Rosenau and his firm, I can truly say that there is nothing **** about him (unlike what someone else suggested in their review). He is knowledgable of the law and he fights HARD for his clients. I believe that for the service I received, his prices were extremely fair! He often took last minute calls and meetings with me just to calm me down and reassure me of things. I can honestly say out of the lawyers that I've dealt with, he has morals and ethics. He has a heart and he'll fight for you with every bit of it! I hope I may never need a lawyer again but if I do, I would want him to represent me.

Extremely savvy attorney; knows his way around the courtroom. His associates are Grade A. Prices are about half what a firm of similar quality would charge.

Seems to have the lowest ethics. Reading the deposition, it appeared to be fabricated. Cuts off witnesses if they try to present facts. Avoid him.

We are currently following a case against Childrens' Hospital in Washington, D.C. that this lawyer is handling. in it, he attacks the female victim assaulted by a Therapist at this hospital. He calls her a Blackmailer, Extortionist, and more, even though she is the VICTIM. His actions are clearly RACIAL BASED. He appears to be illiterate to a degree, based on the documents that we have seen that he has written, and based on the comments on other websites, he is not only Pricey, but he likes to get sexual offenders off. Not a good lawyer if you have children. I would not recommend him to anyone. If anything, we are going to assist the woman who he is going up against, and spread word about him throughout the internet so that no one will hire him, if the Hospital does not settle this case with her.

Father with multiple Domestic Cases
Kenneth has been my attorney since 1998. I have had other attorneys, and none of them were as effective as he was. No I did not win every case, but over the years, I have come to trust him and his firm. He has always given me the truth, and kept me grounded in reality. No matter what, he always fought hard and aggressive for me. He knows the law, and judges and other attorneys respect him. He is truly the best lawyer I every had the pleasure to meet. If you can afford him, he is worth his weight in gold. His price is reasonable, and I have never regret one dime that I spent. I always send him thank you cards for the work he has done, and express my gratitude for his service. This attorney is the real deal. He is old school, and his family practice is a rear find now a days. What can I say, I love this firm.
