Very poor performance by Nancy , poor attitude, she loses most of her cases i found out later. She did w very poor job representing me , she does the bare minimal. I also found out later from the law society she plead guilty to stealing trust money from her client and several conduct citations against her.Please stay far away from this lawyer.

Ive never seen such a idiot in all my life...she sucks the money out off clients. Doesn't have a clue what she id doing..If ya want to lose you case hire this lawyer..!!! She must of gotten her law degree from a cracker jack Box..!!! The word idiot is too good for this one..!!

It is true what they say, majority of people will usually take the time to post a negative comment, I will take the time as well to post a good service comment since I am in the service industry but NOT in this case when it comes to this lawyer. I have dealt with a few lawyers & Nancy is the WORST!!! She does not have a clue of what she is doing & forget about her ever being efficient and also takes forever to respond to you about anything. I lost out in my settlement because Nancy did not reply to opposing council within the deadline...This Cost me dearly in so many ways. She could not careless about you as a client & what your going through as a human being. She is the most Heartless person I have ever met. God Help You if you ever use this lawyer.

Nancy was superb in my divorce! Not only did she represent me well but she explained the process and the alternatives available for me. Mine was a messy divorce against a nasty and inept counsel that represented my ex and she was firm against opposing counsel but showed dignity and did not stoop to unethical standards like the opposing counsel which bodes well for us...not so much for the other side. I would highly recommend her.

I am surprised she is still practicing as she should be barred for life as she caused me some very serious hardships due to her lack of knowledge. This should not be tolerated in the legal system especially with such delicate things like divorce and separations etc.

Nancy did a fine job and helped me during a time of hardship. She thoughtfully guided me through the process and was an excellent advocate.

Totally agree with the previous comments on this lawyer. Nancy is not cut out to be a lawyer. She did a poor job representing me. Lacks an understanding of the law. She cannot think outside the box. Nancy should change her career.

Poor overall job performance. Poor presentation in the court house. Poor attitude and lack of respect for the client. Sloppy work, late on time-lines, takes up to two weeks to return a phone call or email. I would recommend this lawyer to the person you are opposing in legal matter. She will be unsuccessful in the cases she handles.

I hired Nancy to represent me in my divorce and found her to be sloppy and unresponsive. She wasted my time and money. From her attitude and behaviour I felt very strongly that she was prejudiced. I don't recommend her.

I thought I did decent research in choosing a divorce lawyer. I choose this firm. My divorce is simple, as was the custody portion, but involves an overseas spouse. 1 year on, and I've spent about 3 times the original estimate. I am still no closer to a divorce than I was at the outset. Worse, after 6 months of delay tactics from my spouse, which they seem to be able to do absolutely nothing about this lawyer just doesn't return calls or emails. So, after waiting 6 months and after promises by the pleasant receptionist I give up. Wasted money. And a full year with no result. Run the other way

I have observed that a close friend of mine has been working two jobs day and night for two years trying to make ends meat after her rat of a well off ex husband tried to screw her out of a fair settlement every way possible with a strategy of bleeding here resources to nothing so she will capitulate. Unfortunatly she was referred to Castle and Assoc.Nancy Koul could not possibly provide worse representation, email responses weeks or months late, deadlines set by opposing council missed or ignored, an uncaring attitude, phone calls not returned, will not advocate on behalf of her client, get out lawyered by a firm not even specializing in family law. Frankly, her experience is what tar all lawyers with a bad name. So, my suggestion based on abservation, is if you know someone you really don't like and they need legal advise, recommend Nancy Koul. It will cost them thousands and they will get nothing in return.
